Hint of champagne grape notes and light straw color. You can taste the minerals like saltiness and has an elegant fruity finish for a dry wine. I looked up online and found the grape is Melon de Bourgogne. I never heard of this grape actually. This white grape produce in the western Loire Valley in France. French wine is so deep…. keep studying! Have I mentioned? This wine is under $20. I found this wine at local wine shop Yuma Wine Cellar.
