Dry Creek Vineyard Dry Chenin Blanc 2012

This is very good, actually really good Chenin Blanc. This Chenin Blanc offers fresh cut Fuji apple aroma with clean crisp taste which come from steal barrel. It is dry though not much fruitiness which make me feel like having some cheesy scallop risotto.
