This Santa Christina Annata Toscana 2011 offers ruby color with blackberry and mocha aroma. On the palate, jammy blackberry and pleasing soft finish. Mild tanning. It needs to open. I would say leave it one hour before drink. Of course I tried right after I opened it and my first impression was “YOUNG”. So, I let it sit while I was cooking dinner. I sip with my dinner and it become smooth and soft. I like it!

I found a website that we can rate a wine!!! It call VIVINO. Also they have a mobile app. OMG!!! I will sign up and use it. I just downloaded to my phone. Looking GOOD!!
