Simple White Sangria Recipe
This white sangria recipe is very simple and easy to make.
Directions
- 1 Bottle of good dry white wine.
- Lots of citrus fruits. I like to put orange, apple, peach and lemon. Washed and sliced.
- 1/4 cup Juiced lemon
- 1 cup Syrup, recipe follows
- 1/4 cup Triple Sec
Pour wine in the pitcher. Add juiced lemon, sliced fruits and syrup. Chill more than 4 hours. If you’d like to serve right away, use chilled white wine and serve over lots of ice. You can add little bit of cognac if you like.
Syrup
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cups water
Put the sugar and water to a microwave safe bowl. Set time 30 sec or until the sugar is completely dissolved. Or bring the sugar and water to a boil in a medium saucepan and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved, about 1 minute. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
